Maritime Claims

Cargo Expeditor
Such operational issues as large ROB and protracted discharge times cost money. Employment of a cargo expeditor can be a very cost effective tool. We have experienced cargo supervisors for Crude, Product, Chemical, LPG, and. LNG, who can ensure your in-port times minimized and freight deduction for ROB avoided.
Since 1997, we have provided Cargo Expeditor service for all crude tankers time-chartered by Hanjin Shipping and have ensured a smooth and incident free operation under liaison with terminal and ship staffs. In 2003, we provided Cargo Expeditor service for Chinese LPG tankers employed in the route between Ulsan SK terminal and Chinese terminals.

Legal & Claims

We investigate claims involving cargo contamination, cargo loss, groundings, collisions, machinery damage, loss of hire and total loss. In addition, we have acted as the insurers’ representative during various repairs, pursuant to damage, and have helped control, mitigate and minimize the loss.
CDI
Capt J.B.Jung is an accredited CDI inspector and has provided CDI inspection service since 2000.
Prepurchase Survey
We are very strong in prepurchase inspections of tankers, OBO, container ships and general/bulk cargo ships. We are keenly aware of the importance of efficient surveys, an accurate assessment of a ship's condition and fast reporting. We aim to provide you with a full electronic report with extensive high-resolution digital images within 24 hours of completion of an inspection.
